Can I tour your facility before booking?

Yes! We’d love to show you around. Our guided tours include all six of our spacious outdoor play yards, indoor play areas, and our private suites for overnight stays. Tours typically take 15–20 minutes, and you’re welcome to bring your leashed pet along. For your convenience, we offer scheduled tours every Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. How do you determine final pricing for services?

Prices vary based on your pet’s size, breed, coat length, and grooming needs. Heavier shedding, matting, or specialty cuts may require additional time, which can increase the cost. We always discuss pricing during check‑in before services begin.

Baths – starting at $35
Includes a warm bath, blow dry, brush-out, nail trim, ear cleaning, and a spritz of pet‑safe fragrance.
Shape‑Ups – starting at $45
Perfect for in-between grooms. Includes trimming of the face, feet, and sanitary areas, along with a light tidy‑up of the coat.
Full Grooming – starting at $65
A complete nose‑to‑tail grooming package including bath, blow dry, coat trim or full haircut, nail trim, ear cleaning, and finishing touches for a polished, refreshed look.
